All children aged 13 and below must be actively supervised by an adult at all times.

For top-rope, minimum age to belay without adult supervision is 14.

A free belay lesson will be provided if you have not belayed at Fergs before, belay belts will also be provided for free.

Climbing shoes are a MUST for bouldering. Shoes are available for hire at $5 a pair.

For top-rope, climbing shoes are optional if climbers are climbing in sneakers/trainers.

No booking is required for groups of less than 8 pax
Memberships

10 passes have a 6-month validity

*New members signing up for monthly membership will have to pay and additional $20 sign-up fee.

*Members who wish to discontinue their monthly memberships will have to inform Fergs Kayaks in writing 30 days before the desired termination date.

Child rates for monthly fees also apply to students with valid New Zealand Student ID.
